C.C.T.V. Inspection
The C.C.T.V. Camera is fed into the drainage run which sends a signal back through fibre optic cable to the main base station where it is recorded onto video, whilst the unit registers the exact lenght allowing precise location of the fault. the cameras themselves are fitted with a self leveling head so at all times the pictureviewed remains at the same angle
Many types of pipework systems (Clay, Cast iron etc) ranging from 50mm to 1200mm in diameter can be surveyed using Econo Rod CCTV inspection units.
Econo Rod has state of the art full colour and black and white C.C.T.V. systems. Reasons for use include ongoing blockage problems, structual condition of pipework, detecting scale or corrosion build up, quality control and detecting hidden manholes or interconnecting lines.
